お部屋 Located on a horse ranch in Hope Ranch Annex, the spacious and bright Studio is decorated in a colorful, modern western theme.

Across the street is the Modoc Nature Preserve and Obern Bike Trail. Sunny drive horses, main house, and back yard are off limits. There are 2 outside areas for guests: a side patio with table and chairs, and a front porch where one can sit and watch the hummingbirds feed.

The studio is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families with kids. The door to the studio is sunny drive and to the right of the main house.

This is added to the total cost of the reservation sunny drive booking. その他の特記事項 -The studio is a remodeled garage ajpc 2019 大阪 shared walls. Noise does filter through. The Studio sleeps up to 4 people, there is a full kitchen, private bathroom, and separate entry from the main house.

Please note that the studio is attached to the main house and some noise does filter through. The dogs bark when you come and go.

Hendry's beach is a short 7 minute drive or one can take the scenic route through Hope Ranch. Located midway between Down Town Santa Barbara and UCSB the studio is very close to the Oberon Bike Path, 3 golf courses, restaurants, and shopping.
